Join us in celebrating the Autumn Equinox with a nourishing day of grounding and mindful practices — from restorative yoga and wildflower wreath making to guided sauna rituals and seasonal food to restore and replenish.

The Equinox Renewal

Saturday 20th September at La Fête Fleurie, Sibbertoft

10am-4.30pm

Elemental Sauna Journey

Sauna Master Laura, from Wild Sauna Club will be hosting hour-long guided sauna sessions in her beautifully converted horse box sauna.

During your session, you’ll move through cycles of heat in the sauna, with the option to refresh in the ambient-temperature cold plunge baths. Each session includes a 30-minute sensory ritual with aromatherapy, birch leaf whisking, and more.

This deeply restorative treatment evokes a euphoric yet calm state, leaving you feeling restored and renewed.

Wildflower Rituals

Wildflower grower Nicola, from La Fête Fleurie will guide us in celebrating the abundance of autumn hedgerows and meadows

Creating a wildflower crown or wreath with seasonal blooms, seed heads, and berries. Wear your creation to honour the equinox, or hang it in your home as a gentle reminder of a beautiful day of self-care and connection

Grounding into stillness

Megan will end the day with a deeply grounding restorative yoga practice, held in a calm and supportive space.

Through long-held, gentle postures, you’ll be guided to release layers of tension from body and mind, inviting a sense of ease and inner quiet. This practice offers an opportunity to feel supported, rested, and reconnected to yourself at the turning of the season. To close, we’ll gather together by the open fire in the courtyard, journaling our intentions for the months ahead — a nurturing ritual to honour the equinox and carry its balance and wisdom into the next chapter of the year.
