Hey, I’m Megs!
A yoga teacher, ceramicist, and lifelong creative living in the countryside. After working as a content creator for over ten years, I decided to make a pretty big career pivot and focus on the things that make me feel truly connected to myself and to others. That shift led me deeper into two of my loves: yoga and ceramics. Both are practices that continually ground me and remind me to move through the world slowly and mindfully.
I’ve worked for myself since I was 25, and I didn’t go to university. The truth is, for a long time I didn’t know what I wanted to do; and I think it’s important to say out loud that that’s okay!! Instead, I’ve followed my curiosity, intuition, and the desire to build a life that feels meaningful. My work - whether it’s guiding someone through breath and movement or shaping clay with my hands - centres around slowing down, paying attention, and creating space for presence.
Living in the countryside has shaped so much of who I am and what I make. The quiet, the seasons, and the natural world around me all influence my creative process and how I move through my days. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love and call it my work, and it brings me huge joy to share these practices with others.
Thank you for being here and for supporting the journey - it means more than I can say.
