Currently orders are shipped to the UK only - and will be sent via Royal Mail within 1 week of purchase.

Collection

If you are local to The Slow Dream, we are offering a free of charge pick-up option! If you would like to select this option, please do so at checkout. When selecting this option you will be emailed separately to your confirmation order with a date and time for collection.

RETURNS

Caring for Your Pieces

Each piece from The Slow Dream is handmade with time, attention, and intention. Because every item is crafted individually, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me at megs@megangilbride.co.uk. We will do our best to create a replacement for you. As each replacement is made to order, please allow around 4–6 weeks for it to be ready.

A few things to keep in mind:

Please double-check your address when ordering, as we cannot take responsibility for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels, or items left unattended.
