Saturday 26th September 2026
Field Farm Gatherings, Coopers Barn, Naseby Rd, Sibbertoft, Market Harborough LE16 9UH
11.30am - 7pm
Our day begins with a warm welcome - herbal teas and an energy bite to settle in; before moving into a grounding yoga session and a therapeutic sound bath to open the body and the mind. From there, we’ll enjoy a homemade nutritious lunch before a relaxing afternoon floating between the sauna and cold plunge; to indulge in a restorative thermal ritual to deepen your relaxation and revitalise the body. As the light softens, we’ll gather around the fire pit to set intentions under the Harvest Moon, followed by a simple foraged flower crown workshop. The day closes with herbal teas and a simple food bowl shared together before heading home.

What Sets Our Retreats Apart
01 / Ritual in Relaxation
Take a break from decision making and be completely taken care of. Each element of the day is carefully considered to give your body and mind permission to release and let go.
02 / Expert Facilitation
Our food and flowers come from the same place: Nicola, florist, chef and baker, works with what the season gives. Nothing catered-in; every plate and every foraged flower is made especially for this day.
03 / Collaborative Energy
Connection is at the centre of everything we do. Taking time to connect back to yourself, to others and nature with embodied and immersive experiences.
