10.30am - 6pm
Our day begins with a warm welcome - herbal teas and nourishing treat to settle in; before moving into a grounding yoga session and a therapeutic sound bath to open the body and the mind. From there, we’ll enjoy a homemade nutritious lunch before a relaxing afternoon floating between the sauna and cold plunge; to indulge in a restorative thermal ritual to deepen your relaxation and revitalise the body. As the light softens, we’ll gather around the fire pit to create flower crowns and set intentions; reflecting on all that we have moved through this year. The day closes with herbal teas and warming food shared together before heading home.
*We will have plenty of time to spend in the beautiful nature that surrounds Field Farm; and the yoga & sound bath will be inside in our beautiful, cosy studio.
